It’s okay, it’s not your fault! This is how your brain has been hijacked by the substance or behaviour. You have tools that I can help you use that will enable you to take back control providing the freedom you deserve.

Typically this process will look like:

  • 1st Session: Looking at the how and why of your behaviour and working through the techniques that give you back control.
  • 2nd Session: Will reinforce change and remind you that you are free and in charge.
  • 3rd Session: Will consolidate the change and focus on the future.
